These are surrounded by gardens and set behind the enchanting square, where the restaurant, boutique, breakfast room, bar, and swimming pools are located. Its privileged position near the soft, fine sandy beach—home to a private concession reserved for all Guests—is one of the features that makes this location ideal for those wishing to retreat into the beauty surrounding the Resort, and enjoy the silence and elegance that define it. At the Resort, 100 rooms and suites await you, each featuring a patio, terrace, or veranda with a private plunge pool. The interiors are furnished either in a minimalist style with warm tones or in an exotic style with refined design elements. Arranged in two-story courtyards (ground or first floor), they are surrounded by awns, palm trees, olive trees, and fountains.

The always included breakfast is served in* our marvellous and bright Breakfast Room, enriched by precious marble floor. The exquisite decorated room faces the swimming pool and the sea thanks to its big glass walls. A menu à la carte and a delicious assisted buffet allows you to enjoy a very special breakfast in a romantic and elegant atmosphere, listening to classical music, pampered by homemade pastry and delicious delicacies. Breakfast: 7.30am-11am (last entry at 10.30am). *The Breakfast Room does not offer service and tables outside.*
Exoticus, a charming restaurant welcomes you in a very elegant and distinguished atmosphere. Facing the iconic square both the internal room and the romantic courtyard are enriched by original Indian furnishings, precious fabrics and tropical plants that recall the exotic nature of a North African villa. In our restaurant you will live an unforgettable gourmet culinary experience, with dishes elaborated with passion and choosing only the best quality ingredients by our Executive Chef Mattia Abatiello who, accompanied by his talented crew, with every meal pays homage to the Italian and Sardinian cuisine. These are reimagined through an evening menu that introduces a sophisticated Eastern fusion, highlighting, from the very first bite, the exotic spirit of the restaurant and the chef’s distinctive creativity. Dinner: 7.30pm-10.30pm (last entry at 9.45pm). Dress code: smart casual. Menù: à la carte.
Guests can order from our à la carte menu at any time of the day (from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM), including snacks, salads, sandwiches, fresh pasta, first and second courses from both land and sea (also grilled), prepared with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. In addition to the food offering, guests will also find aperitifs and artisanal ice cream, served at the table or directly on the solarium loungers. Furthermore, every Monday evening (7:30 PM – 10:30 PM), the Bistrot comes alive with a traditional Sardinian evening, dedicated to the flavors and traditions of the island, featuring a fixed-price menu.
