I Mirti Bianchi has an ideal tranquil location just a few minutes on foot from the picturesque town centre of Santa Teresa Gallura.The three-storey building houses one- and two-bedroom apartments with functional furnishings and access to a shared swimming pool. The dazzling white sand and crystal-clear waters of Rena Bianca beach are also just an 800-metre walk away with beach umbrellas and sun loungers to rent. With cafes, restaurants, and shops selling beautiful handcrafted products in the vicinity, there are also ferries from the nearby marina to take you to Corsica and the stunning La Maddalena archipelago. ***Arrivals after 8pm must be communicated in advance to the property (tel. +390789754975). To collect the apartment keys, guests must contact the reception office in advance in order to obtain the KEY BOX code.Check-in after 8pm may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of €50 may apply. Guests are required to provide a phone number for late check-in.Compulsory charges (to be paid upon arrival):Utility fees (per person per day) from 13.06 to 11.09: Adults: € 10; Children (3 - 12 years old): € 5; Infants (0 - 3 years old): free.The price includes electricity, water, and 1 set of bed linen per week. Final cleaning: BILO €80; TRILO €90.
