Εστιατόριο
Based on a Mediterranean Brasserie concept, Open makes a clear statement in favour of quality and variety in its menu based on healthy, organic products sourced locally and preferably through fair trade outlets.
Pleasant surprise would be an understated description of The Urban, an eat and meet bar that prides itself on its singularity which sets it apart from the typical, cold and impersonal hotel bar. In touch with the city, The Urban encourages the recreation of these values through inspired and inspiring fusion of a relaxing and peaceful oasis ambience with a certain cosmopolitan vibe - a singular manifestation of urban chic.
