The apartments at Residenze Gallura are located in the heart of San Teodoro, close to beautiful beaches, archaeological sites and nature trails. They feature a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, hairdryer and a private garden or veranda. La Cinta beach is just a few minutes away by car, while Olbia harbour and airport are approximately 30 km away. *** Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated to the property in advance (tel. +393337237316). Guests must contact reception beforehand to obtain the KEY BOX code and collect their apartment keys. Check-in after 8:00 pm cannot be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a €50.00 surcharge may apply. Guests are also required to provide their telephone number for late check-in. MANDATORY CHARGES (payable upon arrival): UTILITIES FEE: from 12 June to 10 September, per person per day: €10.00 per adult; €5.00 per child aged 3–11.99; infants aged 0–2.99 stay free of charge. This fee includes energy consumption (electricity, water and gas) and the first set of bed linen and towels. A linen change is provided for stays of at least 14 nights. FINAL CLEANING: T4 €90.00; T6 €100.00. Guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchenette and disposing of rubbish. Failure to do so will incur a €50.00 surcharge. SECURITY DEPOSIT: €200.00, refundable at the end of the stay provided no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. For groups, the deposit required for each apartment will range from €400 to €600, at the property manager's discretion. *** PETS (MUST BE DECLARED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING): maximum weight 25 kg, not allowed in communal areas; €50.00 additional cleaning fee per pet.
