Palau Green Village is a charming residence surrounded by nature in Palau, northern Sardinia, just 150 metres from the beach. Ideal for couples and families, it offers comfortable, air-conditioned apartments with a furnished garden or veranda, kitchenette, TV, Wi-Fi, microwave and hairdryer. Guests can enjoy a seasonal swimming pool, solarium, relaxation area, bar, playground, spacious gardens, communal barbecue and parking. Bikes are available with a €50 deposit. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Late arrivals after 8:00 PM must be arranged in advance by contacting the property at +39 0789 771036. A key box code will be provided. A €50 surcharge may apply, and a contact phone number is required. Mandatory utility fee (12/06–10/09): €10 per adult/day, €5 per child (3–11.99 years)/day. Children under 3 stay free. Includes utilities and one set of bed linen and towels. Linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights. Final cleaning: €80 for studios and €90 for one-bedroom apartments. Kitchen cleaning and waste disposal are the guest's responsibility; a €50 surcharge applies if not completed. Security deposit: €200, refundable at the end of the stay, subject to apartment condition. Pets: Allowed up to 25 kg, excluding common areas. Must be declared at booking. €50 cleaning fee per pet.
