In the case of no-show, the full amount of reservation will be charged. If the reservation is recognized as a part of a group booking (5 rooms or more), hotel preserves the right to apply non-refundable rate policy, which means: charge the credit card in advance and eliminate the possibility to change or cancel the reservation.
