The Sea Villas is a complex of villas set on a hill overlooking the sea and offering a breathtaking view, Punta su Torrione, just a few kilometres by car from Stintino. The property features several villas, some with shared swimming pool, some with private swimming pool and others without swimming pool. The Villas can be semi-detached, multi-family or terraced flats. All of them are furnished in a rustic style and are located in well-kept natural environment. In each villa you will find a beach umbrella that you can bring with you to the seaside.Several facilities, run by external providers, are available in the complex: a café, a restaurant, a market, a pharmacy, a doctor, an ice-cream parlour, an ATM, a laundromat, and some shops (whose opening season is usually from June to September).The nearest beach (Spiaggia de Le Saline) is 3 kms from the residential complex, La Pelosa beach is about 10 kms away and the village of Stintino is 7 kms away. *Arrivals after 8pm must be communicated in advance to the property (tel. +393497256630).Check-in after 8pm may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of €50 may apply.Guests are required to provide a phone number for late check-in.During the check-in, guests staying in a villa with swimming pool will have to sign a declaration stating that the use of the pool is under their own responsibility, as they are private swimming pools for which the presence of lifeguards is not mandatory.Compulsory charges (to be paid upon arrival):Utility fee (per person per day) from 13.06 to 11.09: Adult: €10.00; Children (3 - 12 years old): € 5. Infants (0 - 3 years old): free. The price includes electricity, water, gas and 1 set of bed linen per week. Final cleaning: V4-V4IN € 80, V6IN-V6ES 90 €, V8ES 100 €.
