Palau Green Village is nestled in the idyllic natural surroundings of a thick pine forest on Sardinia’s northeast coast. The comfortable air-conditioned apartments feature a furnished garden or veranda, a kitchenette, TV, Wi-Fi, a microwave, an ironing board and iron on request, and a hairdryer. The resort’s facilities include a solarium, a swimming pool (opened just for the season), a relaxation area, a bar, a playground, parking and a communal barbecue. Bikes are available for a €50 deposit. The beach is 150 metres away. The Costa Smeralda is a half-hour drive away, while La Maddalena is 20 minutes away by ferry. ***Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property (tel. +390789771036 - 3498872822). Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival): UTILITY FEE: from 13.06 to 11.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. This fee includes electricity, gas, water, 1 set of bed linens and bath towels for guests. The change of bedlinens is every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights. FINAL CLEANING: M2 Mono/studio € 70.00; B4 Apartment 1 bedroom € 80.00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00. DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred.
