It features a central building and several two-storey terraced units (some of them with sea view) surrounded by lawns and gardens. ***Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property (+39078930060 - +39 3495367473). Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival). UTILITY FEE: from 13.06 to 11.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. The price includes electricity, gas, water, 1 set of bed linens per week. FINAL CLEANING: B4/B4V € 85.00; T6/T6V € 95.00.
